J. Thomas Mott
J. Thomas Mott was a Second Judicial District judge for Ramsey County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this position by Governor Rudy Perpich on March 18, 1988. He was re-elected in 1990, 1996, 2002 and 2008. He retired in January of 2013.[1][2]
Education
Mott received an A.A. degree from Austin State Junior College in 1970, a B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota in 1972, and a J.D. degree from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1976.[1]
