The city of Long Beach, California held city council elections on June 3, 2014. A primary election took place on April 8. Because one candidate received more than 50 percent of the vote in the District 3 primary, its general election was called off. Susan Price defeated Jack A. Rosenberg, James K. Lewis, Martha F. Gibson and Stephen C. Bello.[1][2][3]
