Jack B. Weaver is a judge for the Circuit 35 court in Alabama. He was elected on November 6, 2012.

Education

Weaver received his undergraduate degree from Troy University and in 1988, his J.D. from Jones School of Law.[1]

Career

Weaver has spent his legal career in private practice. He is currently a partner at Weaver and King, P.C.[1]

2012 elections

Since no candidate received 50% of the vote in the Democratic primary on March 13, the election went to a runoff. Weaver won the runoff on April 24, receiving 59.11% of the vote. He was elected to the court after running unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2] [3][4][5]
