Biography
Jack Bailey was born in Elkton, Maryland. He graduated from St. Mary's Ryken High School in 1983. He earned a bachelor's degree in management from Johns Hopkins University in 2013 and a master's degree in management from Johns Hopkins University in 2014. Bailey's career experience includes working as a natural resources police officer with the Maryland Natural Resources Police.[1]
