Betkowski was a Democratic candidate for District 1 representative on the Allegheny County Council in Pennsylvania. Betkowski was defeated in the general election on November 7, 2017.[1]
Biography
Betkowski was elected as the Ward 9 representative for the Ross Township Board of Commissioners in 2015.[2]
