Jack Caddell
Jack Caddell was a bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Northern District of Alabama. Caddell retired from the court in 2014.[1]
Education
Caddell attended the University of Alabama for his B.A. and J.D.[2]
Career
From 1972 to 1973, Caddell was Law Clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Seybourn H. Lynne in the Northern District of Alabama.[3] On May 24, 1994, he was appointed as United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Alabama. On May 24, 2008, he was reappointed for a second 14 year term. He retired from the court in 2014.[3]
