Jack Daniels (Republican Party) ran for election to the Jacksonville City Council to represent At-large Position 1 in Florida. Daniels lost in the general election on March 19, 2019.

Daniels was a 2016 Republican candidate for District 11 of the Florida House of Representatives. Daniels did not appear on the ballot for the primary election. The reason for this was not clear as of August 30, 2016.[1]

Daniels was a 2015 Republican candidate for the District 2 seat of the Jacksonville, Florida City Council. He was defeated in the primary election.

Cord Byrd ran unopposed in the Florida House of Representatives District 11 general election.[2][3]

The city of Jacksonville, Florida, held elections for mayor and city council on May 19, 2015. A primary took place on March 24, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was January 16, 2015. All 19 city council seats were up for election.[6]

In the primary election for District 2, Al Ferraro (R) and Lisa King (D) advanced past Jack Daniels (R). Ferraro and King faced off in the general election on May 19, 2015.[7] Ferraro was the winner.[8] Incumbent William H. Bishop (R) was ineligible to run for re-election due to term limits.[9]
