Jack Jacobson
Jack Jacobson was a member of the District of Columbia State Board of Education, representing Ward 2. Jacobson assumed office on January 2, 2013. Jacobson left office on January 2, 2021.
Biography
As of November 2017, Jacobson was a policy advisor working with a law firm to aid clients dealing with policy concerns. Before his election to the state board, Jacobson had served on the Dupont Circle Advisory Neighborhood Commission.[1]
Political career
District of Columbia State Board of Education (2013-2021)
Jacobson was first elected to the board in November 2012 and took office in January 2013. Jacobson was re-elected in 2016. In January 2017, Jacobson was elected to a one-year term as the board's vice president.[1]
