Jack Leonard is a board member who represents District 1 on the Washington County Board of Education in Tennessee. He ran against fellow incumbents Keith Ervin and Chad A. Williams, as well as challenger Annette Buchanan in the general election on August 7, 2014. He was first elected to the board in 2010.

Leonard has his bachelor's degree in history and political science from East Tennessee State University. He has his master's degree in education from Tusculum College and a specialist degree in administration from East Tennessee State University. He is currently a Gap Closure Coordinator in the Johnson City School System. He and his wife, Jill, have three sons that all attend Washington County Schools.[1]

The August 7, 2014, general election ballot for District 1 included incumbents Keith Ervin, Jack Leonard and Chad A. Williams, as well as challenger Annette Buchanan. The ballot for District 3 included incumbents David L. Hammond Jr. and Clarence Mabe, as well as challengers Todd Hull, Mike Masters and Scott Utsman.
