The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 14, 2014. Incumbent Shawn A. Keough defeated Danielle Ahrens in the Republican primary, while Christian Fioravanti defeated Jack Mervin in the Constitution Party primary. Keough defeated Fioravanti in the general election.[1][2][3]
