Jack Richard Grate
Jack Richard Grate was a circuit court judge for Division 17 of the 16th Circuit Court in Missouri.[1] Grate was appointed to this position by Governor Bob Holden in April of 2004.[2] He retired October 1, 2019.[3]

Grate received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1972 and his J.D. from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 1976.[2]
