Biography
Jack Simms graduated from Wheaton North High School in 1969. He earned a bachelor's degree from Valdosta State University. Simms' career experience includes working as a vice president with Legend Gear and Transmission. He has served as the chairman of the Alexander County Republican Party.[1]
