Jackie Horn was a 2014 candidate for the family court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in Kentucky.[1]

Horn ran for election to the 13th Judicial Circuit Court.
Primary: Horn was successful in the primary on May 20, 2014, receiving 33.9 percent of the vote. She competed against Mike A. Hamilton, Mark T. Miller, and Jeff Moss.
General: Horn was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 48.1 percent of the vote. She competed against Jeff Moss.[1][2] 

Education

Horn received an undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and a J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law in 1996.[3][4]

Career

At the time of her campaign, Horn ran her own law practice in Lexington, Kentucky, specializing in family law. She also previously served as an assistant county attorney in Jessamine County.[3][4]
