Biography
Jacqualine Berger was born in Brooklyn, New York. She earned a bachelor's degree from Lesley University in 1978 and a master's degree from Tulane University in 1983. Her professional experience includes working in education, as a college faculty member and mentor and as a primary special education classroom teacher.[1]
