James A. Fabian
James A. Fabian was a Third Judicial District judge for Houston County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this position by Governor Jesse Ventura in 1999 and was re-elected in 2002, 2008 and 2014.[1] Fabian retired on May 29, 2015, although he remained on the bench until Carmaine Sturino was appointed to succeed him.[2]
Education
Fabian received his B.S.S. from St. Mary's College in 1977 and his J.D. from the Hamline University School of Law in 1980.[1]
