Moore received his J.D. from Hamline University School of Law in 1985.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Moore worked as a litigation manager for the City of Minneapolis Civil Division, where he oversaw all litigation for the city. Before this, he served as an assistant city attorney for the civil divisions of Minneapolis and Bloomington.[3]
