Biography

Ashley worked as the district director for former Congressman John Shadegg (R-Ariz.) and, later, as the deputy chief of staff and director of constituent operations for former Congressman Ben Quayle (R-Ariz.). He went on to work as a political consultant for Frontline Strategies LLC in Phoenix, Arizona, from January 2013 until his appointment as the director of the Industrial Commission of Arizona in November 2015.[1][2]
