James Bolgert
James J. Bolgert is a former circuit court judge for the Sheboygan County Circuit Court, Branch 5 in Wisconsin. Bolgert was elected in 1994 and re-elected in 2000, 2006, and 2012.[1][2] He retired at the end of July 2016.[3]
Education
Bolgert attended Valparaiso University for his B.A., which he got in 1976. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School with a J.D. in 1979.[2][4]
