Biography
James Browne was born in New Britain, Connecticut. Browne earned an associate degree from Tunxis Community College in 2017 and a bachelor's degree from Abraham Lincoln University in 2022. His career experience includes working as a banker, licensed real estate agent, licensed loan officer, and law student.[1]

I am dedicated to fostering the growth of small businesses, enhancing educational opportunities, investing in job training programs, and advocating for equitable wages. My goal is to empower individuals and families to create a prosperous future for themselves, promoting self-reliance and independence.
- A core pillar of my campaign is centered around community engagement and representation. Every voice in my district deserves to be heard and valued. I'm dedicated to being a responsive and accessible leader who actively engages with constituents, listens to their concerns, and advocates for their needs. I desire that my legacy be a reflection of profound, positive impact — a clear testament to the idea that with empathy, visionary leadership, and bold actions, it is possible to leave an indelible imprint on history that stands as an inspiration for generations to come.
Climate change poses a profound threat, with the potential for severe weather patterns including increased flooding, and environmental degradation. We must implement robust strategies to protect our natural resources, reduce carbon emissions, and prepare for climate resilience. Seeing people pleading for their lives and livelihood is proof that our previous elected officials have failed us, we cannot continue down the path we have been going.
Additionally, managing immigration effectively while upholding compassionate values is a complex challenge; we must work towards a balanced approach that secures our borders and respects human dignity.
Education is another crucial area, as we must revitalize our system to give our youth the tools to succeed in a global, interconnected world. We should invest more into our teachers and enhance our educational system to provide the students with the tools for success.
