James Carr is a judge on the United States bankruptcy court, Southern District of Indiana. He was appointed to the court on January 2, 2013. He succeeded Frank Otte on the court.[1][2][3]
Education
Carr received his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Carr was a bankruptcy attorney for almost thirty years. He is also an adjunct professor in business reorganization law at Indiana University Maurer School of Law.[1]
