James Carter

James Carter was a New Orleans City Councilor from 2006-2010. He represented District C in the city of New Orleans.

Carter received his B.A. and Juris Doctorate degrees from Howard University, receiving their Academic Achievement Award.

He also serves as a Deacon at Second Good Hope Baptist Church.^[1]
