James Cissell
James Cissell was a judge on the Hamilton County Probate Division in Hamilton County, Ohio. He was first elected to the court on November 5, 2002, and began his six-year term in January 2003. Cissell was re-elected on November 8, 2008, for another six-year term. He retired when his term ended in February 2015.[1][2]
Education
Cissell received his undergraduate degree from Xavier University in 1962, was a Ford Foundation Fellow at the Ohio State University from 1963 to 1964, and received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1966.[3]
