James Clark (Idaho)
James Clark was a Republican member of the Idaho House of Representatives, representing District 3A from 1996-2010.
Clark earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Tampa in 1973 and his Master's degree in International Relations from Troy State University in 1979. Clark earned his Master's in business administration from the University of Idaho in 1979.
Clark is a professor at Eastern Washington University and at Lewis-Clark State College.
