James Cooper is a member of the Oklahoma City Council, representing Ward 2. He assumed office on April 9, 2019. His current term ends on May 4, 2027.
Cooper ran for re-election to the Oklahoma City Council to represent Ward 2. He won in the general election on February 14, 2023.
Cooper was a 2015 candidate for Ward 2 of the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma City Council.[1]
