Four at-large seats on the Warrick County School Corporation Board of Education were up for general election on November 4, 2014. At-large incumbents Thomas L. Welch, Candace S. Nance, James D. Eifler and Dorothy L. Kroeger defeated challengers Mike Maday, John Greenwell and Patricia R. King.

Note: A maximum of two candidates can come from each township within the district. In the 2010 election, four candidates ran from Boon Township. Because of this, only the top two vote-getters from that township could win a seat on the Warrick County Board of Education. This is why incumbent Candace S. Nance was able to win re-election over candidates Colleen Talley and R. Tracy Fortune.[3]
