James D. Flower Jr. ran for judge on the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.

2011 election

Flower ran for an open seat on the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas. He was defeated by Christylee Peck, Thomas A. Placey, and Elizabeth B. Stone in both parties' primaries on May 17. He received 18.9% in the Democratic primary and 14.5% of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] He has cross-filed with the Democratic and Republican parties.[2]
