James D. Humphrey is a judge for the 7th Circuit Court of Dearborn/Ohio Counties of the Indiana Circuit Courts.[1] He was elected in November 1998.[2] Humphrey won re-election in the general election on November 8, 2016.

Education

Judge Humphrey graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts and in 1983 he graduated from the Indiana University, Bloomington, Law School.[2]

  • 1987-1994: He served as Prosecuting Attorney, Dearborn-Ohio Counties
  • 1991-1992: He served as Chairman, Prosecuting Attorneys Council[2]
