James D. Humphrey is a judge for the 7th Circuit Court of Dearborn/Ohio Counties of the Indiana Circuit Courts.[1] He was elected in November 1998.[2] Humphrey won re-election in the general election on November 8, 2016.
Education
Judge Humphrey graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts and in 1983 he graduated from the Indiana University, Bloomington, Law School.[2]

Humphrey was re-elected to the 7th Circuit Court of Dearborn/Ohio Counties of the Indiana Circuit Courts in 2010. He received 5,119 of the votes.[4]
