James E. Barber was the judge on the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas in Wauseon, Ohio. He joined the court in 1987 and was re-elected in November 2010 to a six-year term that commenced on January 1, 2011 and expired on December 31, 2016.[1][2]
Education
Barber received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. from the University of Toledo.[3]
2010 election
Barber was re-elected after running unopposed.[4]
