James E. Elliott, Jr.
James Elliot, Jr. was a Democratic member of the Wyoming State Senate. He represented District 11 since 2009. He was appointed to the senate July 31, 2009 to fill the seat vacated by Bill Vasey.[1][2]
Johnson earned his B.A. in 1959 from Phillips University. He went on to earn his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 1962. [3]

Elliott was defeated by Republican Larry S. Hicks for the Wyoming State Senate District 11 in the November 2, 2010, general election. He was unopposed in the August 17 primary.[4]
