James E. Malone
James E. Malone is a judge for the Clay County District Court in Alabama. He was appointed by Governor Bob Riley on January 4, 2011 to fill the position left by George Simpson, who moved to Circuit 40.[1]
Education
Malone earned his J.D. from Emory University.[2]
Career
Before joining the District Court, Malone was a judge on the Ashland Municipal Court.[3]
2012 election
Malone was elected after running unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012.[4][5]
