James L. Eiffert was the presiding circuit court judge for the 38th Circuit Court in Missouri. The 38th Circuit is composed of both Christian and Taney counties. Eiffert was first elected in 1988 and was re-elected several times until his retirement in December 2006.[1]

Education

Eiffert received his undergraduate degree from Southwest Missouri State University in 1967 and his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1970.[1]
