James F. Fraley, Jr.

James F. Fraley, Jr. was a family court judge for the Seventh Judicial Circuit in South Carolina.[1] He was elected to the court by the South Carolina General Assembly in May 1998.[2][3] He retired on June 30, 2019.[4]
Education
Fraley received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 1974 and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1977.[2]
Career
Before he became a judge, Fraley practiced law with the firm of Fraley, McChesney, and McChesney for twenty years, specializing in family law.[2]
