James F. Nilon, Jr.

James F. Nilon, Jr. was a judge on the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2017. Nilon was first elected to the court in 2005. He retired in December 2017. Nilon passed away on January 18, 2018, from cancer.[1][2]
