James F. Russell
James F. Russell was a judge for Division II of the Thirtieth Circuit Court in Tennessee. He left office in 2022.
Biography
Education
Russell received his undergraduate degree from Rhodes College in 1967 and his J.D. from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1970.[1]
Career
Russell worked as an attorney in private practice from 1968 until 1997. He then joined the Thirtieth Circuit Court.[1]
