James F. Stocklas is a magisterial district judge for Northampton County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania.[1]
After winning $291 million in the Powerball lottery, Stocklas stated that he planned to stay on the bench: "You got to do something in life. I won’t work as often, but if the court is in a jam, if they need somebody, I’ll fill in. It’s in my blood."[2]
