James Fagan
James Fagan (b. October 13, 1947) was a Democratic member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives. He represented the Third Bristol from 1992 to January 5, 2011.
Fagan is an Attorney with Fagan & Goldrick, Private Corporation. He has previously been Assistant District Attorney of Bristol County, Attorney in the Law Office of Philip J. Assiran, and a teacher in the City of Taunton Public Schools.
Fagan is a member Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers, Massachusetts Bar Foundation, Massachusetts Waterfowlers, Incorporated, and Taunton Little League.[1]

On November 4, 2008, Fagan won re-election for the Massachusetts House of Representatives election for the Third Bristol district.[2] In this election he raised $61,385-; of that total $57,064- (97.9%) was from in state contributions and $1,200- (2.1%) was from out of state contributions.[3]
