James Flannery was a judge of the Cook County Circuit Court in Illinois. He assumed office in 1990. He left office on October 13, 2023.

Flannery ran for re-election for judge of the Cook County Circuit Court in Illinois. He won in the retention election on November 3, 2020.

Education

Flannery earned an undergraduate degree in mathematics from the Illinois Institute of Technology, going on to receive his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 1976.[1]

Career

Flannery is also an adjunct professor at DePaul University School of Law, where he teaches trial advocacy.[1]
