Biography

James Francis Gibson was born in Oceanside, California.[1] Gibson earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University at Chico in 1983.[1][2] His career experience includes owning a manufacturing business and working as a farmer, a real estate developer, and a stock broker.[2]
