James Hoolihan was a Seventh Judicial District judge for Benton County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this position in 1997. Hoolihan was elected to full terms in 1998, 2004 and 2010, and retired on December 31, 2012. Hoolihan served as a senior judge from January 1, 2013, to June 30, 2013.[1]

Education

Hoolihan received his B.A. from St. John's University in 1964 and his J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1968.[1]
