James Howard (Wisconsin)
James Howard was the Seat 4 representative on the Madison Metropolitan Board of Education in Wisconsin. Howard did not seek re-election in 2019.
Biography
Howard obtained a B.A. in economics from the University of Wisconsin and a master's degree in agribusiness economics from the University of Wisconsin. He became an economist and scientist at Forest Products Laboratory in 1974. As of 2014, he and his wife had five children.[1]
Board membership
The Madison Metropolitan Board of Education voted unanimously on 89.7 percent of its votes between January 1, 2014, and July 1, 2014. Out of all votes recorded by the board, 94.9 percent passed.
