James J. McGann is a judge on the Vicinage 9 Superior Court in New Jersey.[1] McGann was appointed to the court in 2001 and obtained tenured status in 2008. He will now serve on the court until 2022, the year he reaches 70 years of age.[2][3]

Education

McGann received his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 1973 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1979.[4]
