James Russell (Connecticut)
James Russell (Independent Party of Connecticut Party) ran for election to the Connecticut State Senate to represent District 15. Russell lost in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Biography
Russell graduated from Wilby High School in 1996 and worked as a driver for UPS at the time of his candidacy. He has been a volunteer with the American Red Cross and the Naugatuck River Revival Group.[1]
