James Kallaher is a judge of the Florida 4th Circuit Court. He assumed office in 2022. His current term ends on January 7, 2031.

Kallaher won re-election for judge of the Florida 4th Circuit Court outright in the general election on November 5, 2024, after the primary and general election were canceled.

He was appointed to the court on March 21, 2022, by Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) to replace Daniel Wilensky.[1]

Kallaher earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri and earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law.[1]
