James R. Klindt is a federal magistrate judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He has served in this position since October 31, 2007, and his current term expired on October 30, 2023.[1]

Career

Judge Klindt was the First Assistant to U.S. Attorney Paul I. Perez for five years before becoming an Acting U.S. Attorney in April of 2007. He has also worked as a federal prosecutor since December of 1988.[1]
