James L. Flannery
James L. Flannery was a judge on the Warren County Common Pleas Court General Division in Lebanon, Ohio. He was elected to the court in November 2002 and assumed office on February 9, 2003.[1][2] Flannery was re-elected in November 2008 for another six-year term, which ended on February 8, 2015.[3][4] He retired when his term expired in 2015.[5]
Education
Flannery received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.[1]
