James M. Carlow

James M. Carlow was a judge of the Bowie County Court in Texas. He was elected in 2014, effective January 1, 2015.[1] He retired on October 1, 2019.[2]
Carlow was a judge for the Bowie County Court in Texas.[3] He was defeated in his 2010 bid for re-election.

Primary: He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014.
General: He defeated incumbent Sterling E. Lacy in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 75.1 percent of the vote.[1][4]
2010 election
Carlow was defeated by Sterling E. Lacy in the general election, winning only 48 percent of the vote.[5]
