I have been a Pastor for 44 years to the ATLAH World Missionary Church, also known as the Bethelite Community Church after graduating from Union Theological Seminary. I have founded three schools K-12 grade and have graduated hundreds of students to prestigious universities like Yale, Julliard, Cardozo Law, NYU, and Fordham to name a few . I have fed over 2 million meals and counting to the poor and needy without aide from the city. I am an author of two books and host of two online streams titled, "Trust In The Lord" and "The Manning Report".
  • I Will Make The Crooked Places Straight And Make The Crooks Pay.
  • With My Hand On The Bible I Will Lower The Cost Of Living, Raise Working Class Wages and Lower Taxes.
  • "Lord, Send Prosperity on New York City".
I will raise the minimum wage to $27 per hour, create a no sales tax legislation on any food sales sold in NYC, require no tax collection from underserved or low income neighborhood stores pending qualification, legislate
a review of every property sale, transfer, foreclosure, building permit, loans, and tax incentives given to builders and developers, in poor neighborhoods combat crime in NYC, provide better healthcare and education services for teachers and students. I also want to provide better services and programs for Veterans.
I speak truth at all times, I am a victor and not a victim and I do not back down from a fight and will not give up until the work is done. I deeply care for people and their rights to better living.
To put the people you serve before yourself, t9 fight for those who are helpless and to ensure that everyone is afforded the opportunity to a better life.
