James Mapstead
James Mapstead was a candidate for the District 3 seat on the City Council of Phoenix in Arizona. He ran in the general election on November 8, 2016. The race went to a March 2017 runoff between incumbent Debra Stark and the second highest vote-getter, Chris DeRose.[1]
Biography
At the time of his 2016 run for office, Mapstead was the owner of Accurate Signs and Engraving. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.[2]
