James R. Marschewski was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. He was appointed to this position on January 3, 2007.[1] He worked out of the Fort Smith, Arkansas, office. Marschewski retired from the bench on January 2, 2015.[2]
