James D. Moyer was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. He was first appointed to this position on April 29, 1996, and he retired from this position on December 31, 2014.[1][2]
Education
Moyer received an undergraduate degree from Yale University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.[3]
